Partial Planning & Day-of-Coordination

When you just need some guidance...

I call this the project management package. Partial planning includes what most people refer to as "day-of" coordination. The reason I don't offer strictly day-of coordination is I don't find it's helpful to my couples for me to come in the month before the wedding when most of the planning has already been done. Nor does it jive with my business model and the level of service I want to provide to my clients.

This package is for the couples who have a pretty good handle on what they want and have time to commit to the planning process but need help getting organized and staying on track. I recommend this package for couples who want someone to be on-site the day of to make sure everything goes smoothly, but want to handle most of the planning themselves in the months or years leading up to their big day.

This package includes customized to-do lists as well as day-of and week-of timelines for your event, depending on if it is a single day or multi-day wedding.

It also includes all recommendations you may need for vendors and venues but means that you will be the one reaching out to these contacts. Then, one to three months out from your wedding, I take over all communications with vendors and make sure we are all on the same page. When I take over will depend on the logistical elements of your big day

This package includes unlimited communication but is more hands-off than the full planning package or decor and floral design packages.

But, I will say keeping me looped in on all vendor emails throughout your planning process allows me to execute your day seamlessly and know precisely how you want your day to feel. It also allows me to jump in where needed to ask questions you may not have thought of and course-correct where needed.

If I were to just come in the day, week or month of your wedding I wouldn't have any idea what type of people you are as a couple and the complicated dynamics of your families and friend groups. Which is the whole point of having someone like me in place on your wedding day, you'll be able to think of me an extension of yourself and your vision.
